Special Envoy for Energy Security of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic

Vaclav Bartuska has been the Czech Government’s Special Envoy for Energy Security Issues since 2006. He has worked as a reporter for the MF Dnes. He served as the general commissioner of the Czech participation in the Expo 2000 world exhibition in Hanover.
