GLOBSEC Chairman

Ambassador Rastislav Káčer is Honorary Chairman of GLOBSEC, Bratislava. He served as Ambassador of Slovakia to the United States (2003 – 2008) and to Hungary (2013 – 2018). In 2001, he became Secretary of State at the Ministry of Defence responsible for the negotiation and accession process of Slovakia to NATO.
