Chairman of TOP 09, Member of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic

Matěj Ondřej Havel has chaired TOP 09 since November 2025, having previously served as its Deputy Chairman from 2023 to 2025. He has been a Member of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic since October 2021 and has also represented the Hradec Králové Region as a regional councilor since September 2024. From 2018 to 2024, he headed the J. K. Tyl Grammar School in Hradec Králové as its Director.
