Maj. Gen. Marek Šimandl

Marek Šimandl has been General Director of the General Directorate of Customs of the Czech Republic since July 2022. From 2018 to 2022, he was Director of the Office for Foreign Relations and Information. Earlier, he worked at the National Security Authority, specializing in cybersecurity, and between 2017 and 2018, he served as First Deputy of the National Cyber and Information Security Agency.
