Ivan Bartoš served as Deputy Prime Minister for Digitalisation and Minister for Regional Development of the Czech Republic from 2021 to 2024. Since October 2017, he has been a Member of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, where he previously chaired the Committee on Public Administration and Regional Development and is currently a member of the Committee on Defense. He was Chairman of the Czech Pirate Party from 2009 to 2014 and again from 2016 to 2024.
